The hospice is like the tip of an iceberg - although it has 10 in-patient beds, we care for over 180 patients, their families, their friends and friends in Salisbury and the surrounding areas. In addition to the in-patient unit there are 5 community nurses who help people in their own homes and 2 hospital team nurses who support our patients in other parts of the hospital. The Salisbury Hospice Charity funds over 60% of the services based at the hospice. Quite simply without the charity the hospice would not exist. Salisbury Hospice Charity is committed to raising over £1 million each year to ensure the future of the hospice.
